Cornerstone Christian Care Society strives to use a person-centered approach in all its programs. As a Christ centered organization, it is our desire that our residents and participants are not passive recipients of care but rather are actively involved in their own health care, be it physical, mental, emotional and/or spiritual, as much as they are able, along with active participation of their loved ones. This care strategy is based on the belief that our residents’ and participants’ views, inputs, and experiences can help improve overall health outcomes.
Residential Care Homes
Our two residential care facilities deliver around-the-clock support for our residents, provide excellent access to many nearby amenities, and offer opportunities to take part in community activities.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Our SIL services are used to support individuals who have intellectual disAbilities and/or mental health barriers who choose to live independently in the community.
Respite Care
Our respite care provides temporary relief for primary caregivers, enabling them to take a much-needed break from the demands of supporting a family member with a disAbility. CCCS works closely with families to ensure that they get the type of support that is best suited for their loved one.
